REFUND POLICY

At Mekreen, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect found upon delivery

Refund requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Used, washed, or altered products

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return/refund:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or store credit.

Replacement Option

In many cases, Mekreen may offer a replacement instead of a refund to ensure faster resolution and customer satisfaction.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost. In other cases, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
